As a 47-year-old from the charming town of Newcastle, Shropshire, my family and I have a penchant for countryside retreats that combine rustic charm with modern comforts. During our recent city break, we found a good haven that ticked all our boxes, from high-speed Wi-Fi for planning our adventures to a shared kitchen making family mealtime a breeze. The on-site garden area was a lovely spot where my daughters could play and explore, while the electric kettle in our room allowed for quick cups of tea after a day of discovery. Beyond our accommodation, a variety of inviting bars and restaurants such as Bar Rodzinny and Restauracja Dziadowka were just a short stroll away, enhancing our experience even more. I can honestly say that our chosen hotel surpassed all expectations, leaving us with wonderful memories and a yearning to return. It felt like home, away from home.
